you still love me?

A poem I wrote a few days back. It is still in a very raw form, totally unpolished, but waiting for some opportune moment to get polished:

Do you still love me,
is the question that torments
my heart and soul
day and night.

Do you still love me,
is the question I ask
all the time,
not to you but myself.

Do you still love me?
I know the answer
but can’t let go
that tiny bit of hope.

Do you still love me?
Don’t say you never did,
cause I know what you felt
for me eons ago.

Do you still love me?
I know you don’t any more,
but if you could tell me you once did,
I would rest in peace.

Do you still love me?
Remember how you thought of me
all the time,
in the past?

You have moved on,
but I’m stuck,
waiting still
for your comeback.
